Being a Business student means that for the next four plus years I will most likely constantly be working in a project group. Unfortunately, the group will not always be the same project group all throughout college. I learned a lot from working with my Freshman Business Intuitive small project group. The group Sullivan 5:28 consisted of Manisha Islam (me), Mallory Barkmann, Jordyn Porter, Nick Ammons, Diego Contreras, and Thomas Calvillo. This group could not be more different but that was perfect. For majority of the project we were in storming, because everyone was so different we all were involved in different school activities meaning this small group was either not our first priority or it was hard to make time to meet up. Eventually we did end up making it out of the storming phase and was able to present a phinominal presentation on Harvey Washbangers. For the future, I would make sure that my project group makes a set time to meet up every week and that everyone is able to make those meetings because that was this project group’s biggest problem. Also for the future, I want to allow everyone to have a solid say in how the project is present but that stems back to everyone being able to meet so there is no confusion.
